Project Leader | Multi Residential | Construction Focus | Sydney
Own the delivery of quality multi residential projects and join a Sydney practice where experienced architects are trusted to make decisions and deliver outcomes.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Our client is a well-established Sydney architecture practice recognised for delivering considered, high-quality projects across the multi residential, mixed use and commercial sectors.
With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, the studio is looking for experienced Project Leaders who enjoy being hands-on, technically involved and responsible for bringing projects successfully through to construction.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you will have genuine ownership of your projects, work closely with consultants and clients, and contribute to delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.

As a Project Leader, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of architectural projects across design development, documentation and construction stages.
This role is suited to an experienced Project Architect or Project Leader who enjoys being close to the detail, solving complex technical challenges and having accountability for project outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading projects through design development, documentation and construction
• Taking ownership of project programmes, deadlines and delivery outcomes
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Preparing, reviewing and resolving detailed architectural documentation
• Managing project information flow and ensuring design intent is maintained
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful projects YOU WILL BRING
• Minimum 6+/- years' professional architectural experience
• Strong Australian experience delivering multi residential projects
• Proven experience working across documentation and construction phases
• Strong technical knowledge and construction detailing capability
• Experience coordinating consultants and resolving project issues
• Good understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of project delivery WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
This is an opportunity for an Architect who enjoys seeing projects come to life and wants to be more involved in the construction and delivery side of architecture.
Unlike many traditional architecture roles that focus primarily on design and documentation; this opportunity provides greater exposure to project delivery, construction coordination and working closely with consultants and project teams.
You will be trusted with genuine responsibility, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects from design through to completion.
Rather than being limited to documentation production, you will have the opportunity to influence outcomes, solve technical challenges and play a key role in successful project delivery.
If you are looking for a role where your experience is valued, your decisions matter and you can continue building your project leadership capability, this could be the opportunity for you.
A salary package plus other benefits will commensurate with experience.
