Project Manager

Your New Company The Lorian Group have partnered with is a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering projects across the education, healthcare, community infrastructure, commercial and government sectors. With a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager who enjoys the variety of delivering different project types rather than being tied to one sector. Your New Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. You'll work closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients, managing all aspects of project delivery while building strong relationships along the way. The role offers a varied project portfolio, with upcoming work likely including schools, medical centres, social housing and other commercial projects valued between $5m and $15m. What You'll Need to Succeed • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. • Experience delivering a variety of commercial projects, not solely multi-residential developments. • Strong understanding of commercial project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. • Jobpac experience will be highly regarded. • A trade background with progression into Contracts Administration and Project Management is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
