Project Manager

Our Client Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, they specialize in Self storage units, and continue to win repeat work from large reputable clients. Family friendly and a great team environment. With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover. Your role: • Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery • Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors • Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes • Looking after 4-5 projects ($20mil-$30mil all together) • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients Your background: • Must have 5+ combined years experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction for a head contractor • Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing • Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil • Keen and eager to move into the industrial space • Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills • Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Your Benefits for joining: • Strong pipeline of secured industrial self storage units ($2m–$10m) • $165k-$180k pkg • Stable, values-driven leadership team with a high-performing culture • Exposure and an opportunity to move into a PM role for your career.
