The Technical Program Management Team The TPM group partners with leaders from Engineering, Product Management, and Design to bring our next generation of security solutions to market. Our teams work with a customer-first mindset, emphasizing rapid iteration, a high degree of ownership, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The Senior Technical Program Manager Opportunity As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be driving the planning and delivery of complex, multi-team, cross-functional technical initiatives. You will align team execution with strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and technical innovation across the organization. What you’ll be doing Program Strategy & Execution Structure and drive large-scale, continuous, or time-bound initiatives by clarifying priorities, enabling execution of deliverables, and defining program process flows. Lead the execution of multi-team technical programs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional groups and delivering results against shared multi-quarter objectives. Extensively navigate interdependencies affecting complex programs, including product/engineering alignment and change management.
