THE OPPORTUNITY Auth0 is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to report to the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, Auth0 Product. This individual provides a wide array of operational, logistical, and project-related support to the Chief of Staff and Auth0 Product Leadership team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about fostering a high-performing product team through scalable solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for major product initiatives. Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively address blockers or escalations. Learning, Development & Enablement: Develop and maintain onboarding and continuous learning programs for the Product organization. Embed product principles, facilitate ongoing education, and utilize feedback (surveys, interviews, performance metrics) to ensure content relevance.
