The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the cross-functional delivery of our most strategic portfolio of work in Platform Infrastructure. We are seeking an individual with a passion for technology, infrastructure, and operational excellence. The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes, inclusive of clarifying needs and value, securing commitment from teams across the organization, setting timelines, and facilitating ongoing delivery and execution. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management. You will: Drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery. Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.
