System Function Owner – MEM

About the Role We are looking for an experienced System Function Owner – MEM to join our Airbag Systems Engineering team. In this role, there is end to end ownership of the Memory (MEM) function throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and system requirements to software integration, validation, and production support. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining system requirements, driving functional and technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional development activities, and ensuring that the MEM function meets customer, safety, quality, and performance requirements. This role requires close collaboration with Software, Hardware, Functional Safety, Validation, Platform, and Customer Engineering teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automotive systems engineering, AUTOSAR-based system and software development, memory management concepts, and Airbag system architecture, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Own the MEM system function across the complete product development lifecycle. Define, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and functional behavior for the MEM function. Drive system architecture and technical solutions in collaboration with Software, Hardware, Platform, and Safety teams. Ensure alignment between customer requirements, system architecture, and software development. Coordinate cross-functional development activities to deliver a robust and compliant MEM solution. Define startup and shutdown behavior for the MEM function, ensuring reliable operation under all power conditions. Support system integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance activities. Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and evaluate technical risks. Lead technical discussions with custome
