Senior SW developer MEM

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer – MEM to join our Automotive Software Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and verification of AUTOSAR-based Memory Stack software for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs). The role involves developing and integrating memory services, ensuring reliable non-volatile data management, supporting software diagnostics, and maintaining compliance with automotive functional safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in embedded systems, memory management, software architecture, and a solid understanding of AUTOSAR-based software development, with the ability to independently drive technical activities and mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and integrate application software based on AUTOSAR Memory Stack for automotive ECUs. Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Memory modules, including NvM, MemIf, Fee, Ea, Fls, and Eep, as applicable. Develop Embedded C software in accordance with AUTOSAR architecture and MISRA C guidelines. Analyze system and software requirements and translate them into robust software designs. Implement reliable non-volatile memory management, data integrity, and fault recovery mechanisms. Support in clarifying customer queries related to Memory Stack and related function Perform debugging and root cause analysis. Develop and execute unit tests and support software integration, verification, and validation activities. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and development processes. Collaborate with System, Basic Software (BSW), Hardware, Functional Safety, and Validation teams. Participate in technical discussions with customers and global engineering teams.<
