Description : Location : Gurgaon (Onsite) Team : Product Design About Xneeti OneOS : Xneeti OneOS is a next-gen analytics and automation platform for Amazon sellers. We empower D2C brands and agencies to scale their growth through actionable insights, AI-powered campaign management, and catalog health optimisation. We're backed by deep domain expertise and a fast-moving engineering culture that builds with precision and ownership. Responsibilities : 1. Product & UX Strategy : - Translate business goals and product requirements into clear design workflows - Work with PMs to define user journeys, edge cases, states, and success metrics - Turn complex ad-tech processes into intuitive and scalable UX patterns 2. Interaction & Visual Design : - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI - Ensure consistency across dashboards, tables, insight modules, and ad creation forms - Collaborate with engineering for seamless handoff & implementation 3. Research & Validation : - Conduct quick usability tests, competitor benchmarking, heuristic evaluations - Work with customer-facing teams to collect real-world feedback - Iterate based on insights, data, and platform usage metrics 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Work closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists - Participate in design reviews, brainstorming, and roadmap planning - Advocate for user-centricity in all product decisions Required Skills & Experience : - 2+ years of experience in Product / UI-UX design - Strong portfolio showcasing web app, dashboard, workflow, or SaaS product experience - Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, systems thinking, and component-based design - Working knowledge of creation, maintenance and evolution of Design language system (DLS) - Ability to translate complex multi-step flows into simple UX models - Understanding of data visualisation and table-heavy interfaces - Basic knowledge of advertising, e-commerce, or marketplace workflows (good to have) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Nice-to-Have (Brownie Points) : - Experience in designing B2B SaaS or ad-tech tools - Familiarity with automation UX, rule builders, pricing engines, or analytics dashboards - Ability to write microcopy and collaborate on product communication What Youll Get : - Opportunity to build a category-defining ad-tech platform - Fast-paced and ownership-driven environment - Direct exposure to PM, Engineering, and Founders - A chance to shape the Xneeti OneOS design language from scratch
