Product Designer - B2C - IIT/NIT/NIFT

Position: Product Designer (B2C) Overall/Total Experience: 3-7 years Location: Pune Working Days: 6 Days from Office (alternate Saturdays Working) Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum) Client's Company Size: Large-scale / Global Interview Process: Final round will be face to face interview only Roles & Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. - Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences. - Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities. - Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion. - Apply strong product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems. - Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines. - Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data. - Iterate designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback. - Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Candidate Requirements: - Strong Product Designer from top college profile. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in UX / Product Design, with strong focus on B2C Products. - Strong portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C Products. - Must be from Top B2C product company. - Must have Design Education (BDes, MDes) from Tier 1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT). Tier 2 colleges will be given 2nd priority.
