About the Role: You don't just use AI: You instinctively identify repetitive work, automate it where it makes sense, and build better systems that help people work smarter. You will work directly with IBCs founder. About us: IBC Consultants (www.consult-ibc.com) is a 12-year-old firm helping boutique strategy and transformation firms globally scale their execution capacity. We run lean, move fast, and are AI-first. This role works directly with our founder, and sits at the centre of how IBC operates. What you will own: - Account-based marketing (ABM): manage and improve IBCs full BD pipeline from target identification to outreach - AI-powered workflows: build and iterate automations for BD, marketing, and operations - AI adoption: help the team integrate AI tools into day-to-day work - Working directly with delivery partners, clients, and the founder on strategy What we are looking for: - You build with AI you don't just use it. You've shipped something real with Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, etc - 1-3 years in a fast-moving environment startup, marketing, or ops. Non-linear paths welcome. - Engineering from a good institution - Works independently, communicates clearly, comfortable when systems don't exist yet. - B2B marketing interest is a strong plus - You've been the best, or close to it, at something you genuinely cared about and it doesn't have to be academics.
