Workoid - Insights Lead - CEO Office/Strategy - AI-Enabled

Location: Gurgaon Role Purpose: Support the CEO Office / Strategy function by driving AI-assisted business analysis and insight generation for effective regional and functional governance. The role focuses on analyzing multiple business reports, identifying red flags, and enabling data-driven decision-making in management committee forums, while ensuring strong cross-functional execution discipline. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Governance: - Analyze business reports, MIS, and dashboards across circles/functions to derive actionable insights. - Identify red flags, deviations, and performance gaps across key KPIs. 2. AI-Enabled Analysis & Prompt Engineering: - Leverage GenAI tools (Copilot/LLMs) for faster and sharper business analysis. - Convert data into decision-ready narratives and insights using AI tools. 3. Red Flag Identification & Exception Management: - Build frameworks for systematic identification of early warning signals. 4. Problem Solving & Stakeholder Engagement: - Analyze complex business problems and structure them into actionable insights. - Work with functions to co-create practical solutions. - Deliver concise, executive-ready communication for leadership forums. Key Deliverables: - Management Committee Insight Notes & Governance Packs. - Red Flag / Exception Reports with RCA. - CEO/COO Review Decks. - AI-generated summaries and standardized insight outputs. Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical thinking and business acumen. - Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools & prompt engineering, person should have delivered AI use cases in a previous role.
