About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, and our customers. You'll help bring complex AI data projects to life by designing scalable annotation workflows, scoping technical solutions during the sales process, and leading customer implementations.

You'll own the operational systems that power annotation at scale - from reusable workflow templates to enterprise integrations - while serving as the voice of customers inside the Product organization.

You'll also own the roadmap for customer integrations, helping expand the platform's capabilities as customer needs evolve. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working directly with strategic customers, and building systems that scale.
