In this mid-level role, you will be the operational engine powering our partner ecosystem. You will own the day-to-day execution of partner onboarding, communications, and system maintenance, while actively identifying opportunities to scale our operations. This is not just a traditional operations role—you will act as a change agent, leveraging modern AI tooling (like Gemini and ChatGPT) and Collaborative Work Management (CWM) platforms to automate manual tasks, build process efficiencies, and optimize our partner vendor management. Your Impact Operational Execution: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, managing data collection (legal, billing, tax IDs), SFDC record creation, and Wrike onboarding workflows. Process Efficiency & AI Innovation: Actively identify automation potential across our operations; design and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline tracking, data validation, and reporting. Partner Vendor Management: Review and process partner applications in PartnerStack, maintain lead forms, manage manual commissions, and validate partner-submitted lead registrations.
