Embedded Software Engineer, Ring

Ring builds home security products used by millions of customers worldwide.

Our firmware engineers own the software that runs on those devices, from first boot through to the features customers use every - Experience (non-internship) in professional software development, or experience in embedded development in C/C++ - Experience with an RTOS in a production environment: task design, inter-task communication, and synchronisation primitives - Experience implementing low-level drivers and interrupt service routines.

- Experience with testing discipline in an embedded context: unit testing, integration testing, or CI pipelines targeting embedded hardware - Experience owning a software component end to end, from design through to delivery and maintenance
