Over the past 20 years, - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.
g. , NPS) - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
