Job Description
The Amazon Japan Recruiting team is seeking a Recruiter who embodies a passion for learning and curiosity — someone who continuously seeks new knowledge, embraces different perspectives, and thrives on - Experience building and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies - Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English — reading, writing, and speaking - 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment - Experience partnering and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and HRBPs - Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting data and metrics
