The JP Stores Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to work with our highly collaborative team of - Experience building and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies - Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English — reading, writing, and speaking - 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment - Experience partnering and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and HRBPs - Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting data and metrics
