Financial Analyst, APAC Production Finance

We are seeking a Production Finance Manager to support the financial operations - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).

- 6+ years of progressive industry experience in production accounting or in a studio production finance role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively. - Proficiency in financial software and tools (e. g. , Excel).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).

- 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号（同等の実務経験での代替可）。 - 制作経理またはスタジオのプロダクション・ファイナンス職での6年以上の実務経験。 - 財務データを解釈し、インサイトを効果的に伝達できる高い分析力。 - 財務ソフトウェアおよびツール（Excelなど）の習熟度。 - 優れた組織力とコミュニケーション能力。プレッシャーの下でも複数の優先事項を効果的に管理できること。 - 日本語と英語のビジネスレベルの読み書きおよび会話能力。
