Role Overview Join the internal design team supporting The Sims, creating next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans worldwide. Collaborate with ACDs, GCDs, designers, studio teams, marketing, live services, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to build content, culture, and community around EA's brands. What You Will Do Support ACDs and GCDs in design, concepting, and execution of The Sims brand identity across key player touch points. Develop and execute brand design solutions, translate high-level creative direction into visual systems, and partner with studio, marketing, and live services teams to support a cohesive brand experience. Requirements 7+ years of branding, art direction, or design experience at a brand, entertainment, gaming, or design agency Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, art direction, typography, layout, and visual system development Strong understanding of brand design systems, design trends, and best practices Collaborative and flexible creative partner who can work closely with ACDs, GCDs, designers, studio teams, marketing, live services, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking, support creative reviews, respond to feedback, and help build alignment across teams Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with game UI design, 3D, motion design, video and photoshoot direction is a plus BS/BFA in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Design Direction.
