Job type: Permanent with Client Credit Risk Regulatory Reporting & Automation -Senior Consultant/ Associate Manager Responsibilities: Reporting Automation & Optimization Drive automation of regulatory reporting processes (e.g., Credit Risk reporting) using Alteryx and related technologies. Replace manual, Excel-based workflows (including macros and Access-based EUCs) with scalable, system-driven solutions. Assess and document existing EUCs, evaluating their usage, criticality, and associated risks. Redesign reporting workflows to align with BCBS239 principles, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Business Engagement & Leadership Collaborate with Credit Risk Department users to understand current reporting practices and pain points. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and solution delivery. Lead workshops and guide users in adopting automated solutions, fostering a culture of innovation. Promote standardization and best practices across reporting processes to ensure sustainability. Program Alignment & Stakeholder Integration Define milestones, governance structures, and roles & responsibilities to ensure project clarity. Integrate project management methodology with the bank’s operational approach for practical execution. Maintain close alignment with the BCBS239 program team, ensuring consistency with ongoing workstreams and governance frameworks. Coordinate with stakeholders to adhere to project standards, methodologies, and reporting structures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields such as Banking, with multiple hands-on experiences with Alteryx (workflow design, data transformation, automation) Proven ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving business, IT, compliance, and vendors.
