- 12+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical/strategical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business or a related analytical field - English Business level (speaking, reading, writing) - Strong leadership skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Consistent track record of taking ownership and delivering reliable results.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload. - Demonstrated ability to dive deep into data sets, and provide innovative recommendations to management and business partners. - Team management experience
