ENROLLED NURSE – COMMUNITY HOSPITAL | 5-DAY WORK WEEK #HTJ

Location: Simei / Bedok Working Hours: 5-day work week, 3 rotating shifts Morning: 7. 00am – 3. 30pm Afternoon: 12. 00pm – 9. 30pm / 12. 30pm – 9. 30pm Night: 8. 30pm – 7. 30am Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to inpatients in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Assist Staff Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses with medication administration and nursing procedures. Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing and nasogastric tube feeding, where trained and authorised. Observe and report patients’ conditions and progress to the nursing team.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and assist with patient care reports. Support the orientation and provide guidance to Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants. Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Carry out other nursing duties as assigned by the Nursing Division.

Requirements

Recognised Enrolled Nurse qualification. Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Relevant inpatient nursing experience preferred. Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
