What You'll Bring Required qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience across technical product management, software engineering, solution engineering or related technical product roles. • Proven experience owning product capabilities and collaborating directly with enterprise customers and engineering teams. • Demonstrated ability to independently take an idea from initial concept to a functional, working digital product or prototype. • Hands-on experience developing web applications, interactive prototypes or technical proofs of concept. • Strong understanding of modern web architectures, REST APIs, JSON, authentication standards and system integrations. • Practical experience using AI-assisted development environments such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, v0, Replit or comparable tools to accelerate prototyping. • Strong product judgment and analytical capability to distinguish fundamental customer problems from proposed solutions. • Ability to navigate comfortably across customer discussions, product roadmaps, systems architecture and hands-on technical problem solving. • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated builder background, evidenced by independently shipping a commercial product, startup, open-source project, internal tool or application. • Hands-on technical familiarity with React, TypeScript, JavaScript or modern front-end web frameworks. • Domain knowledge of airline ecommerce, shopping, booking, servicing, payments, loyalty, passenger service systems (PSS), New Distribution Capability (NDC) or Offer & Order frameworks. • Strong UX instincts with the ability to design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.
