You'll have the opportunity to work on projects around the world in a wide variety of sectors, collaborating with colleagues from across our global offices. We are currently recruiting new team members across Germany, where you'll join a growing team of 50+ people.

Our consultants work on a range of engagements, from rapid assessments to short-term savings programmes to long-term partnerships to help clients achieve lasting value. Consultants based in Germany work with clients across the country and Europe, with opportunities to take on projects beyond Europe as well.

Your responsibilities: Leading consulting engagements from initial analysis and strategy development through to implementation and delivery. Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, procurement transformation and supply chain improvement.

Managing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective collaboration and successful project outcomes. Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and translating these into actionable solutions.

Supporting the development and mentoring of consultants, helping them grow professionally and deliver strong results. Contributing to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and supporting client proposals. For Senior Manager positio
