Job Description

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than two decades, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable. We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations). Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter: not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow. We are looking for a Partner Recruitment Manager to drive the growth of our global partner network by identifying, recruiting, and activating new channel partners. In this role, you'll own the entire partner journey, from initial outreach and commercial negotiations to onboarding and the first successful deal. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and partner management teams, you'll help expand our presence across international markets, build strong partnerships, and ensure new partners have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. This is a highly impactful role combining business development, relationship building, and strategic thinking in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities As a Partner Recruitment Manager, you will: • Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners based on defined Ideal Partner Profiles and business growth priorities. • Build and manage a structured partner recruitment pipeline, targeting approximately 10–15 new partners annually as the programme scales. • Drive partner outreach through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and inbound opportunities. • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, including partner margins, territories, partnership tiers, and deal registration terms. • Evaluate potential partners based on their customer base, market presence, sales capabilities, and potential to generate long-term business value. • Own the first 90 days of the partner journey, ensuring a smooth transition from signing to activation and the first closed deal. • Coordinate partner onboarding and certification, ensuring partners are confident in presenting, demonstrating, and positioning our products. • Provide partners with the necessary resources, including pricing information, demo environments, sales enablement materials, and deal registration access. • Establish and monitor 30/60/90-day onboarding milestones, ensuring partners are progressing toward their first sales opportunities. • Ensure a smooth handover to the Partner Account Management team following the onboarding period. • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve partner recruitment processes, onboarding experiences, and programme effectiveness. • Track and report key recruitment and activation metrics, including pipeline conversion rates, signed partners, and time to first deal. What Success Looks Like • A strong and predictable pipeline of qualified partners across target markets. • New partners successfully recruited, onboarded, and activated within their first 90 days. • A consistent flow of new partnerships contributing to the company's international growth. • An efficient and scalable recruitment and onboarding process that supports long-term partner success. Requirements To be successful as a Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Manager, you should: • Have 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, business development, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. • Have experience recruiting and signing partners across at least two international regions, such as North America, EMEA, LATAM, or APAC. • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and confidence in leading partnership negotiations. • Be comfortable managing a recruitment pipeline using structured sales methodologies, forecasting, qualification stages, and conversion metrics. • Have the ability to identify high-potential partners who can actively generate business, rather than simply sign partnership agreements. • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior business stakeholders. • Be highly organised, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and onboarding processes simultaneously. • Enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced international environment. It would be a great plus if you have: • Previous experience in the SaaS, HR technology, EdTech, or IT services ecosystem. • An existing network of channel partners, resellers, or technology service providers across international markets. • Experience developing or improving partner onboarding and enablement programmes. • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools, CRM platforms, and partner performance reporting. • Experience working with partner certification programmes, co-selling initiatives, or channel sales enablement. • A strong understanding of different partner business models, including resellers, referral partners, and embedded technology partnerships. Benefits We've built a workplace where people can do the best work of their careers. Here's how we support that: Benefits for Everyone (Greece & UK) • Competitive salary and bonuses. Strong base pay plus performance rewards at personal, team, and company levels. • Stock options for everyone. Build software that empowers millions of learners worldwide, and own a piece of what you're creating. All team members can become shareholders, and these options have already changed lives. • Learning budget for your growth. Coaching sessions, conferences, university degrees, creative pursuits: we fund it. Continuous learning is our mission and that includes you. • Part of the Starttech Ventures ecosystem. Access to learning and collaboration across a portfolio of SaaS companies, with resources that support long-term growth. Additional Benefits for Greece-Based Employees • Your health is covered in more ways than one. Private health coverage for every team member, access to a nutritionist, and our in-house blood bank, all part of our health and wellness support. • Comprehensive family support. We're proud of our progressive family policy, one of the most generous in Greece. • Daily meals and food allowance. Breakfast and catered lunch at our offices, plus a monthly meal allowance you control. • Commute covered. OASA transport card or parking space near the office, whichever works for your commute. • Hybrid work. Work from home and from our modern office in the heart of Athens. Ready to grow your career while helping millions of people learn? Join us.
