Data Scientist

Responsibilities Data Scientist to develop, deploy, and continuously enhance AI and GenAI solutions that solve real business challenges.

Work closely with business stakeholders, data, and technology teams to translate business challenges into actionable insights and production-ready AI solutions, leveraging Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and related AI techniques.

Hands-on AI development, advanced analytics, technical problem-solving, and business engagement, with opportunities to contribute across the full AI product lifecycle from business analysis and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement Skills/Requirement · 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, preferably within financial services · Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline · Hands-on experience in developing AI and GenAI solutions with ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation etc.

· Proficiency in common programming languages (e. g. , Python, Java) and modern AI development frameworks · Experience with cloud and data platforms (e. g.
