As a Tax Consultant II in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Legal Business Services practice, you will support contract lifecycle management and legal technology engagements with a focus on helping clients align technology solutions to business objectives. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver implementation, optimization, and transformation solutions that help legal departments operate more effectively. Work you'll do As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function, you will be a part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling and document extraction and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize the strategic value to the organization. You will deliver technical services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency, leveraging, integrating with numerous applications, and creating custom solutions. As a Legal Business Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP in a variety of ways, including: • Client Management: Participate in the day-to-day interactions with client project team members and Deloitte project leadership members. • Delivery: Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align tax and legal software with the clients’ specific requirements and goals. • Solutions: Work with a team to develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments. • Support: Provide training and software support around day-to-day activities, related to processes and various technologies or situational changes. • Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as creating workplans, tracking budgeted time to actual hours incurred, writing status reports, and actively participating in status calls. • Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall. Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to one or more leading CLM solutions (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, SirionLabs, Conga, Agiloft, etc.). • Trained and certified on Sirion Platform (Sirion L1, L2, L3 trained & Certified, Sirion Certified CLM Specialist), with at least 1-2 years of Sirion implementation experience for global organizations. • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for contract lifecycle management or legal operations. • Demonstrated ability to perform CLM system configuration, creating test scripts, testing, and deployment activities. • Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, including agentic and autonomous capabilities, within major CLM platforms. • Proven track record in facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into technical solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and recommend actionable solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting setting. • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
