Client Network:
UHNI / HNI, CXOs, Promoters, Family Offices
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients.
- Drive high-value luxury residential sales.
- Conduct private client presentations and property showcases.
- Provide investment-oriented property advisory.
- Manage negotiations, deal closures and client relationships.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong UHNI network, premium sales experience, negotiation and relationship management.
Key KPI:
- Revenue generation, qualified UHNI pipeline, conversion rate and successful deal closures.
