HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT You will shape, coordinate, and scale APACx’s connected digital ecosystem across web, mobile, WhatsApp, LINE, future AI channels, MarTech, customer data, loyalty, and regional partnerships.

This is a multidisciplinary regional leadership role spanning digital product, engineering, data, customer engagement technology, and AI-enabled transformation, rather than a narrowly defined software-development position.

Serving as a key bridge between APACx and global teams, you will combine product judgement, technical leadership, data fluency, and commercial awareness to improve customer engagement, direct-channel adoption, conversion, revenue, and operating effectiveness.
