M11 - Solution Architect

Role Overview Lead the architecture, standards, security and performance of an enterprise OutSystems case management platform, including its integration with AI and agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the end-to-end architecture for the platform and ensures the detailed design and development is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture of the organisation.

Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application platform architectural specifications Review quality of common services and modules developed by applications and advise on enhancement if needed Design the architecture blueprint of the organisation's business, information and ICT assets, by using multiple architectural models.

Use, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure that the business and ICT are aligned. Define the application platform reference architecture (for OutSystems) and reusable component standards for the case management platform (e. g.

Architecture Canvas layering, shared modules and templates), so case management applications are built consistently and reuse common components Govern application architecture quality and the integration of applications hosted on the case management platform with the enterprise AI Foundation Platform (currently using Amazon Bedrock) and the shared agentic AI modules, so AI capabilities are embedded into case management workflows Define non-functional requirements for the case management platform (performance, scalability, availability, resiliency and security) and verify them through capacity planning, performance and load testing, and tuning, so the platform sustains enterprise-level workloads Define the observability architecture for applications hosted on the case management platform and AI agents (logging, metrics, distributed tracing, SLIs/SLOs and alerting standards) so platform and agent behaviour can be monitored end to end Define the reference architecture for agentic AI
