Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate architectural works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams. Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on solutions. Coordinate architectural details with structural and M&E works.

Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions, samples and RFIs. Monitor progress and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications and schedules. Attend coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding matters. Coordinate inspections, rectification works and handover documents.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or a related discipline. Relevant experience in architectural coordination. Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings. Familiar with applicable building requirements, construction methods and architectural finishes.

Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
