Senior Auditor, Quality (Thurs-Sat, 6am-6pm) (Indianapolis, IN, US)

Shift: B Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM — $20.50/hr, including a $1.00 shift differential Purpose : Typically, this is not an entry level position and is directly responsible for quality audits within the quality department and will have mastered more than one area of inspection in inbound receipts, in-process inspections or outbound inspection. This position will be completely trained and in their primary inspection operation will be able to provide training to adhere to the adidas quality assurance standards set in place. This position has mastered the understanding of the leagues, teams, colors, fabrics, garment specifications, embellishment types, some of the computer systems and most processes throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities: This position will be expected to have the ability to work independently for short periods of time and effectively perform more than one inspection process and have been trained in a 3rd inspection area. This person will be very detail oriented and have a full understanding of the physical inspection process and the any procedures necessary to perform any of the tasks assigned. This person will be expected to have the ability to work on a project and once trained work independently with minimal supervision. This position must be able to work as a team player and communicate any lack of understanding. This position must work accurately at all times and will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation as required whether it be system generated or manual. This position will communicate directly with the Quality Lead and will work projects as assigned by the Quality Specialist, lead, supervisor, or manager. This position will be trained on any new operations using TWI methodology. This person must be dependable, have a good sense of urgency and demonstrate good judgment at all times.
