Business Analyst(Insurance)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of customer-facing digital platforms within the insurance domain.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, developers, and external vendors to gather requirements, coordinate system enhancements, conduct testing, and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

The role focuses on supporting digital customer journeys, including policy purchases, payment processing, policy issuance, and system integration across multiple distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Review business specifications and ensure requirements are accurately communicated to IT teams and developers.

Conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis to assess proposed system enhancements. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and customer experiences.

Support system enhancements and new initiatives across multiple business lines and distribution channels. System Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing documentation. Perform functional testing before releasing systems for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Plan, coordinate, and support UAT activities, including manual and automated testing. Identify, investigate, and track system defects through resolution. Conduct post-production validation and random system checks to ensure applications function as expected.

Continuously improve testing methodologies, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes. Project Coordination & Implementation Coordinate system implementation activities with business users, IT teams, developers, and external vendors. Monitor project deliverables and ensure system
