Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Payments Product Manager / Product Operations Manager to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of payment products and solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of the payments industry, customer business needs, and payment ecosystems across different markets, with a focus on the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business requirements analysis, product design, implementation, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.

• Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, payment ecosystems, and business scenarios across different markets to develop practical and scalable payment solutions.

• Work closely with customers and internal commercial teams to identify business challenges and translate requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

• Coordinate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive solution design, development, implementation, and delivery.

• Resolve complex issues related to product usage, transaction processing, and payment operations by coordinating root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
