Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and bilingual Junior Salesforce Business Analyst (English & Mandarin) to join our Singapore CRM team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between regional business users (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and our technical development team.

You will play a hands-on role in requirement gathering, drafting user stories, mapping processes, supporting configuration, and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Because this role works closely with Mandarin-speaking regional teams, partners, and stakeholders across APAC/Greater China, professional working fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder interviews and capture user pain points in both English and Mandarin . Translate operational needs into well-structured Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria (Given-When-Then / Gherkin format).

Assist the Product Owner / Project Manager in maintaining and grooming the team backlog (Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps). Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to validate solutions against standard Salesforce CRM capabilities before building custom components.

Perform basic declarative system configuration (e. g. , custom fields, page layouts, record types, list views, reports, and dashboards). Conduct pre-UAT quality checks to ensure technical builds match initial business requirements. Prepare UAT test cases and help run user testing sessions with regional teams.

Qualifications

& Requirements Language Proficiency: Professional working fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and document business workflows.

Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, functional analyst, CRM coordinator, or related technical role.
