Senior Procurement Manager, IT

About us We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager, IT to lead complex sourcing and supplier management across key areas of IT spend, including software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, data centres, hardware, systems integrators, and managed services.

This Senior Manager role sits within the Indirect Procurement organisation, supporting the delivery of commercially robust, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.

The role will partner closely with IT stakeholders to shape requirements, optimise spend, and manage strategic supplier relationships that enable digital transformation and operational continuity.

You will be expected to operate as a hands-on category leader, balancing strategic category planning with strong execution across sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier performance, and risk management.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Strategic Impact Develop and execute category strategies across assigned IT procurement areas, aligned to enterprise technology priorities and business requirements.

Translate technology demand into clear sourcing plans, ensuring procurement activity supports innovation, cost discipline, scalability, and service resilience.

Monitor market trends across software licensing, cloud consumption, infrastructure, cyber, digital services, and emerging technology categories to inform sourcing strategy.

Drive change management and support procurement transformation initiatives, including process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and improved governance.

Sourcing & Commercial Delivery Lead complex sourcing events across software, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, systems integration, professional services, and managed service providers. Deliver strong commercial outcomes through negotiation, cost modelling, benchmarking, contract structuring, and demand management.
