Regional Commercial & Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Regional Commercial & Supply Chain Manager (Greater China) to oversee both business development and end-to-end supply chain operations across the Greater China region.

This role is responsible for driving regional business growth while ensuring efficient sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen commercial partnerships and optimise operational excellence.

Regular travel to China is required to build relationships with business partners, conduct supplier and factory visits, and support regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Business Development Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow the Company's business across Greater China. Identify, evaluate, and establish new distributors, strategic partners, and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and partnership terms. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and regional expansion initiatives. Prepare sales forecasts and business performance reports.

Supply Chain & Operations Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, logistics, shipping, and distribution. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.

Coordinate production schedules and shipment timelines to ensure timely product availability. Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to optimise stock holding while minimising shortages and excess inventory. Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and en
