Manager - Performance Marketing - eCommerce

Total Experience: 7 - 13 years Own e-commerce media strategy: - Lead performance marketing across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms, and plan campaigns around business priorities, promotions and product launches. Drive budget efficiency and launch success: - Allocate and optimise budgets to deliver sales and profitability goals, while ring-fencing sufficient spend to build new products and maximise launch impact. Own macro metrics such as ROAS, Cost per Order (CPO) and media ROI. Govern agency partners: - Set clear briefs and performance expectations, run regular reviews, and drive timely optimisations and quality control. Spot gaps early and push for immediate course correction. Improve acquisition and conversion: - Raise customer acquisition quality through sharper targeting and campaign structures, and drive better conversion, discoverability and repeat purchase on each platform. Collaborate across teams: - Partner with E-commerce Key Account Managers, Brand and Analytics teams to align digital investment with sales targets, inventory availability and consistent brand messaging. Act as the in-house performance marketing expert and share best practices.
