Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer – Paints & Coatings Location: Dubai, UAE | Company: Kemipex Kemipex is looking for a Sales Engineer – Paints & Coatings to drive business growth across the paints, coatings, and specialty chemicals sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with paint & coatings manufacturers, formulators, and key customers . Drive sales, new business development, and achieve revenue/margin targets. Understand customer formulations and provide technical product solutions .

Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with customers. Work closely with R&D, procurement, and technical teams to drive product approvals. Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field . 0–3 years of experience in technical sales within paints, coatings, specialty chemicals, or related industries . Strong knowledge of coatings/raw materials/additives/resins .
