Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new client leads within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors to build a robust sales pipeline. Technical Proposals: Analyze structural drawings and architectural plans to design customized, safe, and cost-effective scaffolding systems.

Quotations & Negotiation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and secure profitable sales agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with internal Engineering Teams and logistics departments to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery on-site.

Client & Account Management: Provide expert technical support, address on-site client queries, and foster long-term customer relationships. Desired Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5-8 years of B2B technical sales experience in scaffolding, formwork, or shoring systems. Technical Software : Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP 2000, and CRM platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, compelling presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with construction managers and contractors
