Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing forward-looking financial analysis and business insights to support commercial and operational decision-making across the region.

Key responsibilities include: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning exercises across assigned business units and markets. Prepare monthly management reports, performance dashboards, and financial presentations for senior management.

Conduct detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Analyse sales, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, and working capital performance.

Partner closely with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to support business initiatives and enhance performance. Evaluate pricing, customer profitability, product margins, and investment opportunities.

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, management reporting tools, and data visualisation capabilities. Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance transformation initiatives. Support regional reporting requirements and ensure timely submission of accurate financial information.
