Answer yes to any of these and you’ll fit right - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation and execution experience - 3+ years of electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market - Experience with Microsoft Office tools, GenAI Agent tools using Claude or any other LLMs
