Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef – Future Opportunities | Riyadh Fundamental Hospitality is building its culinary talent pool for future openings and opportunities in Riyadh , and we are looking to connect with experienced Sous Chefs and Junior Sous Chefs interested in joining our growing portfolio.

We are particularly interested in culinary professionals with strong leadership ability, a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and execution within premium hospitality environments.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within reputable high-end restaurants, hotels or hospitality groups. Strong culinary background, with experience in French and/or Mediterranean cuisine highly preferred. Experience working in busy, high-volume dining environments.

Ability to lead, train and motivate kitchen teams while maintaining high standards. Strong understanding of food cost control, stock management, ordering and kitchen operations. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures. Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced service environment. Preferred Profile Experience within premium dining concepts and internationally recognised restaurant brands. Previous opening experience is highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of French and/or Mediterranean ingredients, techniques and menu execution. International hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates with previous GCC or Middle East experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia or open to relocating to Riyadh are welcome to apply.
