Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements. Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes. Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.

Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance. Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts. Support project site coordination activities when required.

Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions. Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Requirement Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Familiarity with visualization and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
