Product Owner

Description About the Role Agency Distribution Solutions (ADS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Owner I / Product Owner II to help deliver innovative digital products and platform capabilities that power Comparion Insurance Agency and Liberty Mutual Insurance Agency (LMIA).

This role will partner closely with a Product Owner III and support multiple Agile teams and products, including strategic platform enablers, data feed integrations, and comparative rating capabilities that help agents serve customers more effectively and efficiently.

As a member of an Agile team, the Product Owner represents the voice of the customer and the business through the delivery of measurable value.

This role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that align customer needs, business objectives, and technology strategy.

The Product Owner has a deep understanding of customer problems, translates them into actionable product requirements, and ensures Agile teams remain focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine product vision and ensure alignment with strategic business priorities. Contribute to the development of portfolio vision and communicate product and portfolio objectives to Agile teams and partners across the organization.

Support innovation and modernization initiatives that enhance agent, customer, and operational experiences across Comparion and LMIA. Partner with senior Product Owners to identify opportunities that drive business value and improve customer outcomes.
