Are you currently working within a high-volume administration or customer service role and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you. What will your day look like? • You will be working closely with our Site Managers to fill open mining opportunities • Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships • Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications) • Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement • Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same.
