The ideal candidate combines strong engineering depth with solution-architecture judgment — someone comfortable owning technical design decisions, cloud and security posture, and system-level API integrations, not just writing code.
The candidate must have previously played atechnical leadership or team lead role, with the ability to guide developers, drive technical decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Career Path As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will have opportunities to grow into roles such as Principal Engineer, Solution Architect, Engineering Manager, or broader techno-functional leadership streams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of developers, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
