Apprentice / Global Merchandising - HUGO BOSS and/or core brands fragrances Starting from January 2027 for 12 months RESPONSIBILITIES As our Global Merchandising Apprentice, you will primarily support the Project Managers in the conception and development of temporary in-store animations for fragrance launches in terms of visibility, image and consumer experience within the retail experience team.

You will report to the Global Merchandising Manager.

Key missions: - Design and delivery of temporary in-store materials for multiple initiatives, - Liaise with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production, follow-up & feedback to markets on local executions, - Translate creative concept into technical briefs for material purchasing purposes or local production, - Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines, delivery and implementation of assets, - Create and write related merchandising guidelines, - Conduct benchmarking and competitive research, - Update planograms using IWD software.

Other than that, you are: - Master 1 / Master 2 student (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design), - First experience in VM, Retail design or Trade Marketing in the beauty or luxury goods industry will be a plus, - Proficient with MS Office.

Adobe suite would be a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design), - Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced collaborative environment, - Excellent written and spoken English, - Reliable and attention to details, - Strong collaboration skills.
