Branded Content Writer - Vertoz

You will create content that works for brands and for readers, from long-form articles and advertorials to web stories, and thought leadership pieces. You will work closely with strategy, client servicing and publisher partners to take ideas from brief to published piece. What you will do: •Write and edit branded content across formats such as articles, advertorials, press releases, web stories, and occasional social copy •Understand client briefs and turn them into clear, engaging stories that fit the brand's voice and campaign goals •Adapt content to the tone, style and editorial guidelines of different publishers and platforms •Coordinate with publisher partners on content approvals, edits and timelines •Research industry topics, trends and audiences to build credible, insight-led content •Collaborate with design, strategy and client servicing teams on campaign ideas and content calendars •Maintain accuracy, consistency and quality across every deliverable, including fact-checking and proofreading •Handle client feedback and revisions with professionalism and speed •Support content for SEO, using keywords and structure that improve discover-ability Requirements•3 to 5 years of experience as a content writer, journalist, editor or PR professional in a publication, brand or PR/advertising agency •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature •Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar, editing and storytelling skills •Clear understanding of branded content, native advertising and the publisher ecosystem •Ability to write in different tones, from corporate and formal to conversational and youth-focused •Working knowledge of SEO basics and content performance metrics •Strong research skills and attention to detail •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines •Good communication and team coordination skills Good to Have* •Experience handling education, real estate, BFSI, healthcare or consumer brands •Familiarity with AI tools for research and ideation, with a strong editorial eye to keep the writing human •A portfolio of published work, bylines or campaign samples Benefits•No dress codes •Flexible working hours •5 days working •24 Annual Leaves •International Presence •Celebrations •Team Outings
